“What if my item arrived broken”

We retain the right to not ship to any locations where local laws prohibit the sale, possession, use, or purchase of THCa, Delta 8 THC products, or any hemp-derived products. Furthermore, we are not responsible for knowing whether this product is legal in your area of residence. By purchasing this product, you assume full responsibility for all parts pertaining to your purchase.

Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:

AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV.

Shipping:
The average time for an order to be packed is 2 to 3 days. Depending on volume of orders at any given time, this may vary. Shipping time does not affect processing time – the time it takes to pack your order. Processing during our normal business hours usually takes 24 hours, but depending on availability and the volume of orders we are experiencing, can take a few days. The options below are available for you to choose the method by which the shipping service delivers your package from our facility to the destination, after it has been picked up by the carrier. By ordering from this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

Products sold by Yew Yew Inc., and the majority of industrial-hemp products on the market, contain cannabinoids and, unless specified otherwise, trace amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). The amount of THC in our products never exceeds 0.3% concentration by weight, per state and federal regulations. Though unlikely, it is possible that users of our products may fail an employer drug test. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Returns on edibles and flower will not be accepted, unless product is deemed non-consumable due to manufacturer defect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your package has gone missing in transit, please wait 48 hours before contacting us. Sometimes items are delivered after the carrier has marked it as such.

If your product is marked as “scanned but has no shipping info” please shoot us an email at contact@yewyewshop.com.

In both cases of missing packages, we’ll replace your order in its entirety once, but the customer is required to cover the shipping costs.

Fear not! We’ll be happy to replace your order for free — including shipping fees, Just send us an image of your broken item and your order number to contact@yewyewshop.com.

Due to the nature of the product, breaks happen. Glass is fragile and needs to be handled with care.

If you do break your item within 30 days of purchase, send us a picture of the broken item and we will send you a discount code to help cover the cost to replace it.

We recommend isopropyl and sea salt. Use our cleaning pouch to make the process even more simple! We also have created a few tutorials on Instagram Highlights under “cleaning.” Check ‘em out!

For grinders, you can separate the pieces, then use soap and water to clean the exterior. You can use isopropyl on a cotton swab to get those tricky, sticky interior spots. Be careful! Contact with isopropyl alcohol will damage the silicone finish. Be sure to let the pieces dry out completely before reassembling.
