“What if my item arrived broken”

What is your shipping policy?

We ship Yew Yew internationally to most of Europe, Canada, and Australia. Shipping rates can be viewed at checkout. All available options for shipping are listed.

Orders ship out within 2 business days from the day you place the order.

2-day shipping does not include the 2 business days it can take to process the order. 2-day shipping orders typically arrive within 4 business days from when you place the order.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

You can check the cost to ship to your country by going through the checkout process and adding your address. From there you can choose the shipping option that best fits your needs and budget.

We are working to reduce the cost to ship internationally. We do not charge extra for international shipments. The prices reflect the provider rates.

Do you ship to my country?

Cannabis is heavily regulated in many countries, so if you do not see your country as an option at checkout, we cannot ship there at this time. :(

What is your return policy?

You can return any unused item within 30 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have a defective product, send us a photo (contact@yewyewshop.com) and we will help you out.

What do I do if my shipment is missing?

If your package has gone missing in transit, please wait 48 hours before contacting us. Sometimes items are delivered after the carrier has marked it as such.

If your product is marked as “scanned but has no shipping info” please shoot us an email at contact@yewyewshop.com.

In both cases of missing packages, we’ll replace your order in its entirety once, but the customer is required to cover the shipping costs.

What if my item arrived broken?

Fear not! We’ll be happy to replace your order for free — including shipping fees, Just send us an image of your broken item and your order number to contact@yewyewshop.com.

What happens if I break my piece?

Due to the nature of the product, breaks happen. Glass is fragile and needs to be handled with care.

If you do break your item within 30 days of purchase, send us a picture of the broken item and we will send you a discount code to help cover the cost to replace it.

How do I clean my pieces?

We recommend isopropyl and sea salt. Use our cleaning pouch to make the process even more simple! We also have created a few tutorials on Instagram Highlights under “cleaning.” Check ‘em out!

For grinders, you can separate the pieces, then use soap and water to clean the exterior. You can use isopropyl on a cotton swab to get those tricky, sticky interior spots. Be careful! Contact with isopropyl alcohol will damage the silicone finish. Be sure to let the pieces dry out completely before reassembling.
