FAQ + Shipping
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We ship internationally to most of Europe, Canada, and Australia. Shipping rates are available when you check out. The only available shipping rates we have are the ones listed when you check out.
The customer is responsible for paying the custom fees on any international orders. We do our best to ensure the lowest fees, however cannot guarantee the cost to import to your country.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of payment unless you are preordering; in which case it will ship on the date stated
Placing an order with 1-day or 2-day shipping does not guarantee your package to arrive in 1 or 2 days. This all depends on when our warehouse can package and send our your item(s).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return policy after you receive your product if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase
Due to the nature of the product and the safety of our staff, once you have used your product, it is no longer eligible for refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Due to fraudulent activity, the 30-day return policy only applies to 1 product per order. If you purchase more than 1 product, you will only be eligible to return one of the products from your order - unless a product arrives broken or damaged
MY PRODUCT IS MISSING - WHAT NOW?
If your product is stolen or goes missing, please wait 48 hours before contacting us, as items sometimes are delivered after the carrier has marked it as such. If you have not received your package after the 48-hour window, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your product is marked as scanned but has no shipping information, please email us at email@example.com
In both cases of missing packages, due to fraudulent activity - we will replace your order a total of one time in its entirety. After being replaced by us once - it is up to the customer to contact which ever delivery service they have chosen to locate the package
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE BROKEN?
If your item arrives broken we will replace your order for free- including shipping fees. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo or photos of your broken item(s).
WHAT IF I BREAK MY ITEM?
If you break your item within the first 30 days of having it, we can offer you a discount to replace the product, but we cannot replace it for free – this does not include shipping costs. You must send a photo to verify the piece is broken.
